South Africa’s new immigration regulations for travel with children set out a number of very specific requirements with which travellers must comply to enter and leave the country. These regulations are effective from 1 June 2015and apply to all travellers– foreign as well as South African, both on departure and arrival.
The intention is that the new regulations, whilst imposing additional obligations on travellers, will be in South Africa’s best security interests.
Please take note of these new regulations issued by the Department of Home Affairs of the Republic of South Africa.
